Der Ling Cooking class...oh yes I can cook now!!

I went to a Taiwanese cooking class with Michiyo, Anthony decided not to go as...well if you want to know the reason go ask him!

The trip was an uneventful one, it was hot and stuffy on the bus but I slept through most of the journey there! hahaha...The class took place at this random school on the outskirts of Taipei in a place called Der Ling. It was cool as I learnt how to make Sway Jiow (dumplings), Tsen Tsuw Nai Tsah (pearl milk tea) Tsong tsi (wrapped rice thingy) and the best of all Bang Bang Ji (chicken stuff which is delicious!). We were all placed in groups and we all had a great time. My group was quite interesting...we had one Korean girl (nice girl..cannot remember her name though!), a random chick from the Netherlands, Yoshi who is a cool tatooed guy from Japan and of course...Michiyo!

I got told off by the main instructor as I washed my twsen tsuw for some reason....hahaha...then I got bellowed at by a Sih Dah teacher as I wrapped too much rice in my Tsong Tsi...hahahaha she was not happy as hers sucked and she got told this by the instructor!!! Lets get one thing straight darling...YOUR TSONG TSI'S SUCKED ASS DARLING! HAHAHAHHA...awww bless!!~~

We ate all the stuff we made for lunch and in retrospect it was dang cheap as per person we only paid about 200nt...3 pounds 40 pence! CRAZY! We ended up making so much we even took some back for Albert...dunno if he liked the Tsong Tsi or not...BRUV! get back to me on that one ok!

Well I had a great time, I dont know about anyone else! It really was one of those really random but great experiences that I will always treasure. Thanks to the people at Der Ling for your time and patience with me and also to the lady who was so extremely nice to me!
