Canada D'eh! Try Canada rip off! We loved the beach thouugh...
We were informed by the very definition of sexiness itself Mr Simon Phan (of MOG = Ministry of Gymnasium fame) of the Canada day party that was being held at Fu Long beach on Saturday 25th...it sounded good, beers, barby, beach...so I went with Anthony, Michiyo and Swan (mikael). It was well expensive to get in...a rip off to tell the truth, however it was the beach that saved the day...we (me, michiyo and anthony) went nuts trying to catch crabs...Anthony was zee don of crab fishing, he even caught one that was hugging two eggs, it even started blowing bubbles!! I really sucked at it as my crabs kept escaping and frankly i did not have the melons to pick one up with my hands...knowing my luck they would have snipped them off!
We (michiyo and I) also saw Simon and his 'model' friends...hot stuff...I am of course referring to topless simon not hot hot hot female friends he was with...hahahaha...
After heading back to the 'party' inside for some food, a group called The Incriminators or something like that came onto the stage and commented "due to an American mistake in Afghanistan, four Canadian soldiers died...this song is for them..." Anthony and I were like "OHHHHHH MANNNNNNN!!!" Lets say there were more than the odd one or two Americans at this party!
Upon reaching Taipei city Michiyo went home and I headed to Anthony's for a smirnoff Ice. When I took my shoes off...man...the smell that came from it...DISGUSTING! I ended up stinking anthony's flat and also a pair of his flip flops...sorry bruv! He probably had to burn them in the end! I think I had way too much sea water in it...man...I will never forget that foul smell!
So in conclusion a tiring but very worth while day...rip off price but the beach was dope...did I just use the word dope!? oh dear...

Goodbye Stan...
Well Stan has left...I have to admit he is one of the most interesting and intelligent guys I've ever met. As Albert once told me "if everyone were like Stan the world would be perfect."
I will never forget the time I kept calling stan, SIH DAN (his chinese name) in an off tone manner which meant DEAD EGG, when I pissed him off by continuously trying to speak in an America accent or when he got angry due to my Anti-American comments....its all love bruv, all love! hahahaha...we had good times together, I remember a long talk in IS coffee near sogo...and of course that special time we watched LOTR with albert!!
Anyways Stan, take care bruv, good luck at medicine school and if you ever find yourself in some random corn field in the south of England give me a call!
Remember we will never lose contact my friend..."as long as we stay true to each other..."
Anthony's earring....what do all you guys and gals think!?
anyways...Anthony at present has a fake earring as he is consdering getting a real one due to loads or different reasons. This started many a debate about what ear he should wear it on as it seems every country has a different 'I'm gay so I wear my earring on the left/right ear.' Furry muff I hear you say however does it really suit him? I personally think its cool, no crap. Of course he bought the earrings as a pair so I had to wear one as well just so that he would not be alone...hahahaha...seriously bruv, it looks good, it looks good....ROCK THAT BABY!
Yes, yes, yes I know~~
Its about blimmin' time I wrote all this stuff down, my days are flying by me. I have emailed no one back home, meaning no one has any real idea about what I have been up to....soooo here goes....
So as I mentioned before I am now back in the city which is great. Things at school are heavy, the class is hard for me but I really do have to push myself. This Chinese malarky is doing my brain cell in!! The weather has been hot and humid mixed with tropical rain...at times it reminds me of home...
I never did mention before that Stan who is a fellow LIEW (yes thats how you properly spell it!) is a bigger LOTR fan than I am...or maybe I did!? Anyways we had been planning since December to watch LOTR: ROTK ext edition together in pure Nerdlike state. Things always came up so we never got the chance however about two weeks ago we managed it via Alberts laptop in Cafe OSO which has a large polar bear as its mascot, hahahaha. I had to leave early before the ending as miss darling came along for dinner later on, apparently I made the most painful face to Alby and Stan through the window as I left...heehee!
So since getting back I've been to KTV only twice...yeah yeah I know...once was Mr Boon's party (smoothness redefined) and another time me and Albert kinda crashed the party as we were on our way to the L=bar for a drink. Boon who I don't seem to have ever mentioned before is another fellow Brit, who is THE perfect gentleman and it turns out this guy knows all the old school Jay Chou songs...crazy! He has unfortunately left us for Hong Kong but Mr Boon will forever be in my heart!
People have been leaving one by one since I got back, most notably Linda and Stan. Linda's leaving do was at Citizen Kane, a nice drinks and pizza place in the East village. Its very strange without her, although she may come back in three months...we can only hope!
Stan's leaving do was at....uhhmmm...damn it forgot the name...well a tea/coffee place at Sih Dah. The place is cool as it has wireless (Alby's big love after C1 and C2 - long story) and a whole bunch of games you can play. Michiyo and I attempted castle building with cards in vain and Carissa kept destroying Albert at Chinese chess.
Whilst all this has been happening Albert and Carissa have both celebrated their birthdays, Carissa at Sofa in the East village and Albert at MOD also in the east village.

Ban Chiow...Kyla, Wesley and Michelle...I miss you guys!!!
So a month has passed since i got back to Taiwan...many things have happened first of all I lived in Ban Chiow for three weeks which was quite an experience. I was fortunate in that I stayed with the ever lovely Kyla and her smooth bro Wesley and darling Michelle. They were ever so great to me and I owe them! There was nothing quite like walking round the place in just my boxers...pure taiwan style! Ahhhh....fresh!
Living in Ban Chiow is an intersting experience, first of all the atmosphere is nothing like Taipei city as many of the residents there have moved here from the south. Basically being able to speak Taiwanese there is a huge plus. The people are alot friendlier and the general feeling alot more southern Taiwan like...I miss it actually.
I am now back in the city which means I am much nearer my darling and also all my fave places for example Xi Men.
My feeling of Taipei has been very different this time round. I think its a feeling of I've done this before so the randomness has stopped in some aspects of my life. Or possibly its that I am not out and about as much, just hanging with miss darling and my friends...ah who knows!?
