Pure love...Pure emotion...unpure happenings!
So I have never mentioned a very cool...well not just very cool...THE COOLEST and most HIP group in Taipei aptly named...PURE EMOTION...
Once a month this group of hip and young beautiful things meet up for dinner and ktv led by their big brother, the smooth d squared wearing QQ....
I am fortunate to have been invited several times to their meetings and have always had a blast there...the time when we all tried on qq's wig (you had to be there...), the time qq threw my lighter across the room...the time people (i.e. Shou Hui) started crying due to particular songs being sung in ktv (Jo Lin) ...anthony's birthday party...me talking to mcqueen about jil sander suits and how they have 7 layers within them...and damn it I missed mcqueen's birthday when he went topless and his girlfriend spreaded birthday cake all over him and licked it off!
This group is too cool for words...may you all stay true to each other and remain bling and 'sexy' forever...
So here are some photos which hopfully will give you but a taste of what happens at these random events...

Pete's all american BBQ!
So Pete aka the young American aka Usagi aka the quiff had a BBQ with the ever lovely Ayumi doing the food preparation (Pete just supplied the beer!). The BBQ itself had been postponed quite a few times due to expected rain...however this one went very smoothly.
Attending the event were Peter and Ayumi (well obviously!), me, Anthony aka Wolverine aka the beard, Hiroshi (top bloke from Pete's class who apprently used to be a tennis Japanese champion), his girlfriend the slightly nutty but delighful Amy and Shinji (crazy Japanese guy who enjoys randomly saying english words like "fuck" all the time...hahaha).
The BBQ went very well, with everyone taking it in turns to cook, well not me, I just stood around and complained that all this cooking was making me tired! hahaha...
I have to point out that the BBQ started at 4pm and pete was drunk...very heavily drunk by 7pm! hahahaha...that guy is CRAZY! He disappeared with Hiroshi for aout 25 mins...turns out he did three shot of something or the other with Hiroshi in his home before bringing the rest of the bottle upstairs! At one point he was playing football with someones umbrella (which the next day he completely forgot about and was like...uhmm why is there a broken umbrella here!?), joining Shinji in doing MC Hammer "can't touch this" moves (had to be seen to be believed, and then falling over and breaking a chair, which he later karate chopped downstairs. Best of all he looked to spit to the side however he then went onto to flob all over his slieve (out of everyone only I saw this! hahahaha...
So all in all a very satisfying night...thanks to Miss organisation herself Ayumi and Mr drunk Peter...lets do it again sometime!

Somethings are best forgotten...I will always remember this one though!!!
The old Bristol Taiwanese crew came up from down south to have a bit of a party in Taipei. It was basically the basketball crew minus Dan the Rhino (as I call him) and Jay Chou (William).
The bonny night started at the loud and full of foreigners bar The Brass Monkey. The rugby was on so naturally the crowd was a bit wild with South Africans and Australians screaming their lungs out for no reason at all i.e. look at me, I can speak English. Oh dear~~
I cannot really describe what the night was like...it was full of random instances that were just completely hilarious, you relaly had to be there to fully apprciate the insaneness. Example Ting-Wei singing the Singaporian national anthem to one of the bar maids, Albert stuffing tissues into his ears (long story), me putting a bottle of ketchup into my shirt pocket (even longer story)...
So from the bar we headed to ktv...i didn't really want to go as I was sooo tired but I did in the end as I was reminded that the days don't last forever...Ting-Wei was right...so we did all the classics; Jay Chou, Shin, Gwan Liang....Ting-wei went nuts at the staff as it took them two hours to get us two packs of cigs...hahahaa...NOTE: NEVER GO TO NAN JING CASHHBOX KTV!!!
In the end i made it back to my place at around 4pm...tired but a very very happy man!
See you guys soon...Kev good luck with the rest of your army duties...Ting Wei good luck with the start of your prison duties...and Albert...you and your friend stop drinking so much and playing video games!

Anthony's birthday...happy birthday bruv! (Part 1)
So Anthony happy birthday bruv...hitting the old age eh!? hahahahha...
Ayumi and Peter bought a nice cake for anthony on his birthday and set it up for him in thier class room that morning. I legged it down from mine, not to see the birthday boy but to have cake of course!
That evening we (Ayumi, Peter, me, Anthony, Anchie and Ikumi) headed to where else but Ichi for a drink. Everyone had a good time although it was bloody freezing in there...prob to keep the sake chilled or something!
Happy happy birthday bruv!!!
END OF PART 1...
